HOW THE RENTAL PROCESS WORKS:
Through a Real Estate Agent you can minimize your search effort and find the right Condo, Apartment, or House to rent. There is NO Cost to you for this service. Just like in a Purchase and Sale, the owner pays the commission. I will work with you to find the right place that matches your criteria in the right neighborhood, for the right price. Sometimes we can also negotiate the monthly rental price and always the conditions in the lease agreement.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Just like renting in a rental building, you will need to provide a Letter of Employment or a copy of your most recent Pay Stub, a Credit Check will be done or the credit check of a Guarantor for those that have one, and the First and Last month rent by certified cheque/draft or money order. For those that do not have good credit or a Guarantor. Most Lease terms are for a period of one year term.
WHAT’S THE NEXT STEP?
In the Email Requirements section below, Please provide your Move in Date, the Neighborhood where you want to rent, Number of Bedrooms, and Price Range. This is necessary to find the right properties that match your criteria. Once I receive your information, you will be sent an e-mail with a link for the properties that may be of interest to you.
***When you receive the listings, notice the (Possession Date) on the top right of each listing. Properties that state Possession ASAP or Immediate would not be suitable if you are looking to rent 2 month from now, but only places available within one month of your Move Date. You will notice that 70% of properties are Vacant; therefore it’s always best to view places of interest about one month before the move date.
